Unprofessional and unproductive

My parcel is with a delivery driver that believes it is acceptable to whatsapp call me first off. Secondly, the driver also does not know how to use google maps to find my house. He will whatsapp me while I am at work for a location. This has happened twice now and I still don’t have my parcel. Is google maps not available to everyone? And how do you drive through from JHB to RTB with my parcel TWICE but don’t know where is has to be delivered?
