Terrible courier company
I had a terrible experience with Rhenus Express Couriers. My package was delayed for over a week with no clear updates or communication from their customer service team. When I finally managed to get through, I was given vague answers and no real resolution. The tracking system was constantly showing incorrect information, and it felt like no one cared about resolving the issue. To make matters worse, when the package finally arrived, it was damaged. Overall, I would not recommend Rhenus Express to anyone looking for reliable or professional courier services.

11 Dec 2024, 11:11Called them as there is no effort from their side. They just give excuses and don't worry about their hellopeter reviews. Said they would call me back in 2 minutes. It's been 15 minutes and they have not contacted me back or given any reason for the delay. They promised me my package would be delivered today at 09:00 and it's two hours later and still no package.

11 Dec 2024, 11:21Called them once again because they did not call me back. The person on the other side gave me excuses once again. They have no management or manager as she said. I understand why their reviews look like they do. None of their staff have a clue on how a company should be run.
