Sooooooooo slow

These guys are sooo slow. Today is Tuesday. The parcel I'm waiting for has been "loaded for delivery" since Friday. I've been trying to contact them by phone but nobody picks up the phone. You have to leave a message.

Honestly, at this stage, all I hope is the parcel is not lost and arrives safely
