Ridiculous service from Rhenus and Evetech.

Very poor experience with Rhenus, I’ve purchased an item at Evetech which is also useless because they are not being of any help.

This is what my order status events is like from their tracking site:

28/Nov 16:39 Consignment details captured

28/Nov 16:58 Loaded on manifest to Johannesburg

29/Nov 14:26 Checked in at Johannesburg facility

01/Dec 07:32 Loaded for Delivery

01/Dec 18:04 Returned to Depot

02/Dec 09:46 Floor check at Johannesburg

Today is the 2nd of December, no calls, no communication, no further updates as to when should I expect a delivery.

Their call center is so useless and ridiculously of no use. Their service is so bad. Even tech is also useless in this case because thousand of customers complain about the same thing over and over again.
