Rhenus logistics don't care about customer services

Please don't use this company they don't care about customer service and they in it for the money, My experience with them is they take the job on they raise the price 600% up, then they cant deliver to your address but have delivered before but on both occasions they take 2 weeks to deliver. very frighting as you don't have any control also they don't answer their phones. On a Scale to 1 to 10 theirs is -5
