Rhenus logistics don't care about customer service

this company had to drop my package today but did not come and phone or anything to say why, and i was home all day today waiting on them but its true they don't care about customer service at all or about small people packages this how a company loose credibility i am very up set about this because i need this to work and i loose a day now due to someone being to lazy or just don't care about customers
