Rhenus Logistics, covering up for their staff

I used this company to courier a package. The agent Andrew Bengston guaranteed me my packagebwould be delivered no later than 5pm on Tuesday. The. Package did not arrive and I was told the delivery vehicle had a blowout and had no spare tyre. This unprofessional dealings of Rhenus cost me R798 as I had to cancel a rollback that was needed to pickup a vehicle and the spares in that package. Now a manager from rhenus, Clinton moodley takes the side of andrew even after receiving all the proof. This company and its employees are totally *********.
