Rhenus logistics ********* behaviour

I had used this company to courier a package to eastern cape mthata. I wad informed by Andrew Bengston that my package would be delivered on Tuesday 27/02/2024..... I handed te package to him personally on Sunday 25th. Yesterday he then tells me that my package won't be delivered because the vehicle had a flat tyre and no spare.

My package contains spares for my fiance car which are not available in the eastern cape. Her vehicle was booked to be collected via rollback this morning at 7am with the spares. We have had to now cancel the rollback and booking at the mechanics and had to pay a cancelation fee of R798. This is not right as the problem with the delivery is on Rhenus and not us. Andrew then tells me that he hasn't even registered me as a customer. So what sort of backdoor mickey mouse show is this company.
