Rhenus Express Poor Service

A parcel was booked on the 21st "Loaded on the manifest to CapeTown" from Johannesburg, however no update has been giving since then.

I attempted to contact Rhenus Express but no answer. Seems like i am not the only one with this kinds of issues with Rhenus Express
