Rhenus Express absolute ******* service

Good Day,

Please can someone assist I waited all day yesterday at my office as my parcel was supposed to be delivered, this never happened upon enquiring today I was told by Nosizwe Tshabalala, Client services that "Dear Alistair, Please note parcel was on delivery yesterday but they said you are not available. Kind regards, Nosizwe" this absolute ******* because first of they would had to go into our reception and upon camera's and the speaking the reception lady no one came, I want to know now when my parcel will be delivered
