Terrible service to say the least. My package was meant to be delivered today. I waited patiently, just before 5 pm I phoned 6 times. The reception lady is friendly and answers quickly, but she isn't very helpful in regard to courier services. The only thing she can do is transfer calls; once a call is transferred, there is no answer. I got no email or SMS notification regarding my delivery and no one is able to tell me what is happening or what will happen next. I am more upset about the poor service than I am about my parcel not being delivered. Customer service needs to improve drastically. After this experience, I won't order anything from any online supplier who uses this courier company for deliveries as they are unreliable.
