Poor Service. Not Efficient
My Express Delivery arrived from JHB last night at the CPT hub. Parcel loaded at 8.23am for delivery to a location 20min away... 16h46 still waiting and praying that my order isnt "lost" as it journeys on a totally unnecessary journey around Cape Town with a company that has many mentions on hellopeter
A 5 Star company could easily have completed an express local delivery before noon if the stock was logged in the system the previous day

These Useless Couriers spent a whole day being useless.
