Pathetic, Useless please close your doors

I have ordered a package from evetech your tracking shows its been out for delivery since the 12th of December your phones are non existent, when i finally get feed back then i have to hear my stuff is still in JHB because you had the wrong address on it and the best of all is the tracking url shows its checked in in the CPT facility on the 11th already so pleasetell me what the actual F!@$#@@# is going on????????
