Pathetic

Horrible horrible client service. Parcel tracking is absolutely useless. Parcel shows it was sent out 7:48am i phoned and asked what time i could expect my parcel and i was told after 1. So i stayed home waiting for my package and at 3 i called again and i was told the driver couldn't make it he will deliver it tomorrow but not sure what time. This is absolutely pathetic... And the lady i spoke to said its not her problem i lost a day's work. I seriously wish i could run a add just to tell people not to use this company.
