*********** regarding delivery
My parcel was loaded on the 14th of December 2021 at 11:04. Dispatched at 16:32 on the 14th. Loaded for delivery 15th December 08:29. Dispatched 08:31 on the 15th. No one as in no one phoned or even deliverd my parcel. 15th december 17:25 said failed delivery attempt. But once again no delivery was made. No feedback no returning calls nothing. Today the 17th of december I phoned regarding this as it is a christmas present. I was told delivery will be made between 15:00 and 17:00 guess what once again NO delivery. When can I expect my delivery will it be before 25th December??? As i am goi g away for the holidays
