Incompetence galore with Rhenus
Had a delivery scheduled for Monday 11Sept. Waited all day only to find that they claimed they could not contact me and delivery was unsuccessful. After many telephone calls to Durban branch and chatting to Clinton they delivered on Tuesday with a very rude, arrogant and disrespectful driver Dinesh. This is the final straw...never again with Rhenus Logistics.
