Friday counts as weekend

I presume that Rhenus is most likely funded through a government tender. They have the 30% pass rate down to a T. Understanding, basic common sense and respect is a luxury item when dealing with them. A parcel shipped (fast), a parcel arrives at depot (fast), parcel is handed over to Rhenus (fast -all in less than 24 hours).... Rhenus has parcel..... 48 hours no communication only to phone and email them to hear that they are done for the weekend (on a Friday at 11:35) and the parcel will only be delivered on Monday....
