Fantastic customer support!
Although the parcel tracker website was not accurate, when I phoned customer support to receive updates on the status of my delivery, and even changed the delivery address last minute to another province, Anne-Marie from customer support kept me fully updated every step of the way, and ensured I never felt worried about my delivery at all!
