Evetech needs to drop Rhenus Logistics from their deliveries, the system is a joke

I Called these guys offices in Johannesburg as the Cape Town Branch doesn't have working contact info. I asked if they could put me into contact with the driver to which my package Delivery was allocated They said no. They don't have such contact. They tried to get me to the Cape Town Branch on the phone. It got dropped conveniently around 5pm knock off time. called back, answering Machine, tried again answering machine. no one cares about my package. my concern. Me being a client. Package loaded for Delivery 8.52am today. its 19.12pm and still nothing. Why would I feel comfortable with someone driving around a R10k package in cape town of all places. Insured courier or not. I saw a review showing you knew you guys had trouble with contact since June 21st and yet you still didn't fix you lines. You People must be joking right now. In a world where service delivery is prioritized you people don't even seem like you try. How can you not have working communication lines. How can you not have communication with your drivers? what kind of Courier Company are you people? UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND DOWNRIGHT ****ED OFF that Evetech trusted you people with my delivery. Completely unacceptable
