Do not use

The worst courier experience ever. Empty promises. Repeated attempts at meeting them halfway, offering different addresses to the driver who still wouldnt keep to hos word,then not even answering me anymore. Local dispatcher nonchalantly stating driver is the issue,with no acknowledgement of the customer experience or expectation. In fact, every interaction has this air that they are doing me,the customer a favour... I am truly disappointed and will actively work towards referring business away from them.
