Delivery attempt failed

This is the worst logistical company I've dealt with the package was supposed to be delivered on 28th August on the the tracking information it says the delivery attempt failed I don't understand how because I didn't receive any call from them I just don't know what's going I'm trying to call them now they are not picking up the phone something is going on here but again I will try them
