Appalled by the condition my items were delivered in

I made 25 MDF panels for a client, client selected Rhenus and paid for the logistics. As a disclaimer, the panels were not wrapped- but were collected newly made and pristinely painted

They arrived in Cape Town having been DROPPED, DRAGGED, SC****D, SCRATCHED, ALUMINIUM EDGING BENT, WALKED ON, and WRITTEN ON BY ONE PARTICULARLY CARELESS IDIOT, even though there was packaging tape and labels stuck across random boards. I'm sure that Rhenus will have excuses and reasons but this company has no pride in what they do, nor do they have any concern for their customers items.
