10 days for overnight delivery - product damaged beyond repair

No need to explain the whole story here. The other complaints are self-explanatory. This company doesn't care about clients. They have no distribution network and make use of dicey 3rd party companies like RWS (Regional Wholesale Services). These guys didn't even have a vehicle to deliver my package. After almost 10 days I had to go there to fetch it myself. Unfortunately, the product was damage and the supplier instructed them to return it.
