A close family member was recently admitted to RH Rand Clinic, and the experience was infuriating. Communication regarding their condition was almost nonexistent. Despite receiving a diagnosis of drug-induced psychosis and bipolar disorder, there was absolutely no clarity on the treatment plan or long-term outlook. The information provided was shockingly inadequate. It felt as if the staff had no interest in anything beyond collecting payments. Their lack of empathy and professionalism was deeply disappointing.
