My son was admitted on the 16th of September, medi clinic welkom was full therfore we had no choice but to let him get admitted at RH... From the nurses that dont give medication on time and telling us to hide the medicine so that the next shift doesnt see that they gave medication late, to my poor child getting *****ed for a new IV spot everyday, to killing 3 ****roaches within 2 hours of admission, to being told i should stop asking for the sisters to make my child a bottle and i must do it myself and stop carrying my ill child too much his too big, then one sister telling me i should stop using wet wipes, us young educated women are lazy to bath our kids mind you all this was said cause i used wet wipes to wipe **** from my childs bum ( then the sister makes comments that i didnt take care of my childs drip) but the one that ****ed me of thee most is being woken up at 01:39 after struggling to get my child to sleep, so that i carry my stuff and move to the next room, i wouldnt have minded being moved if i was informed properly, not being told "carry your stuff and push that locker and pick up everything we moving you next door we have a new admission" my sick child was woken up my things practically thrown on my bed The hospital needs some small work to become excellent but their nursing stuff are thee worst... I am not impressed at all will never recommend using this hospital... Next time medi clinic is full will consider driving to bloem with my kids... I am angry at this point... If you want a good hospital with good nursing staff just go to Medi Clinic welkom...
