Dishonest Housekeeping
It is Sad...... Probably my fault, I do not know. So, I stayed with them from 05/04/26 till 11/04/26, room 911. Travelled back home trust to find I forgot my shaver in the bathroom, 1st time I phoned reception, they said they would follow up, phoned me back after a while, and responded that housekeeping never found anything in the room. get home just to go through all my things, thinking maybe I did not look properly, then I realized that it was not only my shaver but my bath sponge, travel shampoo, and body wash. Now, look, that is not a problem, but come on Its a Phillips 7000 Series shaver S7886 if you want me to be precise. They are not cheap, but housekeeping claimed they did not find anything. Now I left a note on the kitchen counter thanking them for their service and cleaning the room with a bunch of easter eggs in the room. Now claiming they have not found anything is beyond me. I don’t know how this will be rectified, or if it is going to bear fruit, but housekeeping is not to be trusted, currently. As I’m writing the review, I’m still awaiting the response from reception. If I’m satisfied, I will change it, but yeah, NOT Happy
