STILL NO DEPOSIT REFUND

We have vacated the rental end of July 2013,have been waitinf for the deposit refund which was a month and a half's rent ,after constant requests for the refund did we get R2142.00 of the due amount of R6300.00.As per the agent she has to chase the owner of the place for the amount due, and to date still no refund given.The contract was entered into between us and the estate agent and the deposit was paid to the agent and not the owner, now to be told that she will chase the owner for the difference of the amount due to us .it is now August 2015 and we are still waiting for the refund.To the point where our calls are not answered when attempting to reach the estate agent .This whole refund request has fallen on deaf ears .
