Missing puzzle pieces in 3 now!!!

I have bought 3 puzzle now. I tought I was going crazy with the first one as there were 2 pieces missing. I just dismissed this fact as I thought it was my vault, but now I bought 2 more puzzles. In the first one 4 missing pieces and in the second one 1 missing piece. I do believe this issue should be taken care of as it is not good customer service if products are vaulty. Everyone buys the puzzles as they are so nice, but then there are pieces missing. I think it is just fair to say that these pieces should be replaced as it takes alot of time to build these puzzles and we want to frame them.
