Happy to help with replacement puzzle for free

I received an RGS puzzle as a gift a long time ago, by the time I got to finishing it there were a few pieces missing (perhaps some could have been missing originally but more likely went missing while I had it aside waiting to be finished), sadly that puzzle was discontinued. I contacted RGS and they sent me a full replacement similar puzzle of my choosing at no charge (they paid courier too), I didn't expect that so was very impressed :)
