Amazing Customer Service

So impressed with RGS Group's assistance. I purchased a few puzzles on Takealot.com in December 2019. But I only got to one of the now. When I completed the puzzle there was one piece extra (not meant for that particular puzzle) but also one piece missing. Phillip from RGS Group assisted me. Unfotunately they couldn't send me a replacement because that puzzle was discontinued. But instead they sent me another, different puzzle. What impressive service. And Phillip was really helpful. Been a RGS Puzzle fan for years (ony have 2 other puzzles from different brands). My colection is basically RGS. So awesome that a company that has been my favourite also has such amazing service.
