RG Motorsport failed Mustang conversion with Whipple Supercharger

RG Motorsport converted my 2019 Mustang with 5000km on the clock with a Whipple supercharger and some extras like a techniflow exhaust and additional oil cooler. The car had all sorts of problems within the first 150km and I experienced engine cut out in standard mode, I returned the car to RGM and Steven Green struggled with software modifications for 4 months, he tried to modify the software with Lund Racing and HP Tuner, there was some performance improvement when I received the car but engine cut out remained a problem. Steven Green committed to come and repair the car at my location which never materialized and he told me to continue driving the car in modes that are not problematic. In April 2021 I informed RGM that the oil consumption is increasing and the car is emitting white smoke, the car was sent back to RGM who analysed the engine and indicated engine failure, RGM claimed funds from insurance to repair the engine and I requested them to remove the supercharger because the conversion was not successful and to refund me. Rob Green agreed to this but Steven Green rejected the claim. I contacted Whipple America and forwarded them all communications, Whipple indicated that RGM modified the Mustang outside of the Whipple design parameter and they take no responsibility, Whipple also indicated that engine failure is most likely due to modifications outside of their design like the removal of catalytic convertors. STEVEN GREEN - THIS PROJECT WAS A FAILURE FROM DAY ONE, WHY DON’T YOU WANT TO REFUND ME????, don’t worry, the court will decide!
