NO RESPONSE TO PRODUCT HAVING CAUSED DAMAGE

Have a four wheel drive vehicle which has disappointing acceleration. Recommended to RGM to have the chip changed. When discussing modification I enquired if the chip change and exhaust change can do any damage. Was assured that RGM have done mod to many of the same vehicle with no come backs or damage.<br> Initially the mod was great - improved performance and fuel consumption.<br> 6 Months later the fuel consumption changed dramatically - 33% reduction - worse than before modification!!<br> On enquiry from RGM they state that the fuel pump or the injectors could be faulty.<br> On enquiry from a specialist for make of vehicle he advises that the mod was the worst thing I could have done to the vehicle and recommended that vehicle be put back to original specification as trade in with mod will be at substantial discount. To replace fuel pump is an expensive option.<br> Over a month ago I asked RGM, for a price to put vehicle back to standard. No response.
