Building Broken Dreams

<p>Please be advised that Renaldo Goodhall does not live up to the lavish promises he make. It has been a year since my mother paid him in full to draw up house plans for her. To date she has only received copies via email of the so called house plans without any official stamps to indicate that the original plans were submitted to and approved by the council. No originals have been received. He does not return calls nor respond to emails. On numerous occasions he has promised to personally deliver the house plans to my mother's home but has failed to adhere to the agreements made. Despite having all the relative contact details (cell phone numbers, work number and email address) he has made no effort to contact us. The address which provides on his website is not valid (it belongs to someone else). He claims to have moved to Ext 2 but when I prompted him for the address so that we could pick up the plans he made numerous excuses not to supply the address (this was in November 2016). His behaviour and etiquette are both unprofessional and dishonourable.</p>
