Pathetic service rgb events hire

<p>I ordered a jumping castle from RGB events hire. Paid for it by e transfer and faxedcthe booking form. I then wanted to change the castle for another one. I phoned them and they have not received the booking form. I then asked them if I can supply my address over the phone and was told itcis not possible. I had to scan an d e mail the form. This was not possible as I do jot have those crack pities atvwork. They refused a telephonic address. I then told them to cancel. I didn't hear from them again. The Friday I was phoned at 15 h45 to hear where they must deliver the jumping castle. I told them Into longervneed the castle. I would now like a refund but they refuse. first I was told I booked it and they kept it for me even though they have no booking form. Then I was told they thought that I made a donation to them !!!! Really!!!???? Worst company ever. Never use. Try ace jumping castles for good service instead</p>
