Worst service I've ever experienced.

Ordered business cards a month ago with the option to collect in Strydom Park. No one notified me that they were ready and only once I had gotten hold of them, they told me I had to collect in Bedfordview. After telling them I won't fetch it from there because that isn't what my invoice stated, the guy said he would have them delivered.

Took a few days and I didn't hear from him again. Contacted him and he had forgotten. Eventually they were delivered but the quality was not good at all. Their courier fetched them and I requested a refund. That was 2 weeks ago and I have received so little communication on what's been happening. I only get info out of them when I call or email. After a million excuses, I still have not received the refund. This is unacceptable. 1 star is not low enough.
