Possibly the most *********** and badly run business I have ever interacted with. Tired, disinterested and lying staff, unbelievably bad switchboard and comms system, and total contempt for customers. A promised refund after shocking service and being **** to by sales rep not forthcoming, think maybe the company is teetering. Anyone in authority is dodging me at all costs.
