RG Photography- Dishonest and misleading

I don't recommend RG Photography, I haven't yet received my photos that were taken last year in July, upon trying too contact Raksha the owner she would constantly give me excuses. She stated that most of the pics have been lost but fortunately she had recovered mine. I sent her various messages but she would not respond. She also stated that she is in a major backlog, I asked her when would be a suitable time for her too deliver however she has not responded. She had the time too record tiktok videos and comment on other users but didn't have the time too work on the photos that she has been paid in full for. When I commented on tiktok she removed my comment and blocked me from viewing her account. I am absolutely upset has these were by daughters memories. Very, very unprofessional. If she could not deliver she should have been honest but what can you expect from such a person that doesn't understand work ethics and professionalism as well as morals and values.
