Poor service and failure to fulfil package

Paid in full for my daughters 1st birthday photoshoot in advance and I still have not received everything I paid for. 3 stage package included 20-25 edited images, 10 prints, cake and 5 bath slash images....to date I have only received 7 images. Setup was not ready when we arrived for the photoshoot....we spent a total of 4 hours with photographer as we had to assist with the setup. Photoshoot was in September 2022 and my daughters 1st birthday was in October 2022. I have messaged the photographer multiple times asking for the rest of the images etc and have had no response. PLEASE DO NOT USE HER SERVICES AS SHE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL NOT FULFIL HER RESPONSIBILITIES!!
