On 12/10/2018 tow truck driver Markham registered a claim at insurance without my permission or knowledge. Thought he could "orginise" a tow . This is ***** and they shoud be removed from the list of tow trucks at insurance companies. He **** to me, telling me my wife registereded a claim. Cannot reach anybody at their call center to report the *****.( ********** ) Please do not make use of their services. The claim was withdrawn by the insurance on 15/10/2018.
