Waiting forever!!!!

I'm a client who made use of RFS Towing. They towed my car after I've been in a accident. I had an agreement with France who is in charge of the company's documentation to sell the car to them. He came to fetch the car's paper and promised that the person in charge of the finances will pay the money in my account as soon as they recieved my car's paper work. This happened in May 2017 already and its November month. I'm still waiting for them to pay for my car that is in their possestion.
