Poor customer service

Poor service at Rfs tombstones and Funerals i bought a teddy bear tombstone last year but they've installed wrong tombstone, that thing is so scary it was not the same as the one i paid for and when i call nd tell them about my complain at first they told me they will change the tombstone but never kept their promise, now whenever i call their so called head office most of the time they dont take my calls nd when they do they keep on telling me that we will get back to u but never do. Its been a long time now i am tired, Please help me
