Disgusting service from RFS Tombstones

This is just to warn to anyone wanting RFS to erect a tombstone for their loved one. LOOK for a different supplier!!! Last year in November we paid cash for them to erect my granmothers tombstone, until today there's no tombstone. We are sent from pillar to post with an irresponsible owner who neither comes to the office nor answers his phone leaving the admin staff to deal with her mess. Trying to support local business and this is what you get. *******! There's no use report to the police(zone 5 GA rankuwa) as none on the reported cases have been dealt with. Rumor has it she is gets favors because she is friends with the police!!!!
