RFS Auto not following CPA

I purchased a secondhand vehicle from RFS Auto in Montana, Pretoria. After 2 months the car broke down because of a thermostat that was faulty, the car then overheated and the top gasket blew. RFS Auto refused to carry the 6 months warranty as per CPA. In fact they tried to get out of the situation by saying people misinterpret it and saying I was negligent. A word of caution, DO NOT take your car to a another auto repairer to work on it. Immediately contact the Ombudsman for them to assist and give you the correct procedures to follow. I was unfortunate as I took the car to a repairer to prove there was no negligence on my behalf after a long ordeal with RFS Auto. The repairer opened up the car in order to assess the exact damage to the car. Because a third party worked on it the CPA was no longer in place according to the Ombudsman. DO NOT let your dealer get away like RFS Auto did. They want to sell cars but are not willing to take ANY responsibility. This is the worst service I got and they even forced me to take out a warranty when they sold me the car, but the warranty does not even cover a fourth of the costs of having the car repaired.
