********** transaction by RFM Retain Maintanance

<p>I hereby like to report a ***** by the company called RFM Retain Maintanance situated in Geduld, Springs owned by Dumisani Silinda contact no: ********** 079 in which on the 22 September 2016 I purchased a diagnosing machine from the owner for an amount of R10.000.00 and till today i havent received my machine and when approaching the owner, the machine is not available and when requesting for a refund the owner states BMW has not yet released the funds to his bank account to be refunded since 10 October 2016 till today funds are not yet been released from the bank for him to refund me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I took the matter to the South African Police Services whereby I was informed i should go to the Small Claim court f which I did but there i was told my case can only be attended in June 2017. The last time I visited the company there was a ldy who warned me about the the company but it was already too late cause the same owner has sold her Mini Cooper yet it was there to be repaired.</p> <p> </p> <p>I no longer know what to do cause I have tried even the legal way for my situation to be attended but all in vain.</p>
