Ronald Feldman is an ************* man. Owns a swathe of RFL7 "companies" including Building, Kitchen, Plumbing and Gas. We paid a deposit on agreed scope of work and on completion the rest. What Ronald never supp**** was the promised certificate of complience (COC). There was always a story and an excuse why he could not bring it to our residence or buisiness addresses. Now, whenever I do decide to sell my house, I will have to pay another person to issue me one. That will cost me a minimum of R1500 extra! That is theft in my books.
