Bad workmanship and empty promises

Bad workmanship and empty promises do not use them, owner Ruhan promised and convinced me to go fiberglass and not remarbelite, 10 to 15years lifespan. From day one there was a hollow spot by the steps, reported said it would go away once filled, March 2024. The mosiac strip was not placed against the fibreglass and dirt got in behind it, nothing done about it. I just ask for product to seal gaps which he delivered but this could not fix the already diet behind the mosiac which should never have happened. December. 2024 colour of pool changed earlier in year, marks apeared, cracks appeared. According to Ruhhan its the gel coat and colour is normal. Later in 2025 cracked so bad by stairs water entered under fibreglass at the exact place it said it was hollow before signing off that there was now water under the fiberglass. The mosiac also broke in a corner when i wiped it as it was hollow at the back. In December 2025 Promises was made to repair it in Jan 2026 and confirmed its also the gel coat causing the colour and marks, heard nothing from them in Jan or Feb 2026, needless to say i lost all trust in this person and business and got another company to redo the whole pool and the major crack in the corner had to be cut out, cleaned and refiberglassed and painted again at R28000. Made contact to settle matter and now Ruhan refuse and claim plausible deniability, his number used is +***1. I have all messages, photos and conversations etc. My word as a consumer about this business and any business he is linked to, steer as far away as you can as his warranty's and promises is as empty and useless and his workmanship! So his promises and assurances to go fibreglass and lifespan of about 15years lasted my not even 1 year! Yet he got his money and every cent from me, but his promises was as hollow as the workmanship and just as bad!
