We placed an order for diesel and allegedly paid the money into an inactive account that is no longer used.This lady Chantelle Van der Merwe says the account is overdrawn by R5000.00 and can only refund the R39 380.00 that we paid with R34 252.00 or she can give us 1,553L of diesel instead of the 2000L that we paid for.What kind of businesses does this.This lady is a ***** and we want the full R39 380.00 REFUNDED TODAY!
