No Business Ethics and do not pay accounts

This company books and confirms accommodation, does not cancel, takes up some of their rooms booked and refuses to pay for the rest. They are clearly aware of the cancellation policy and takes on an extremely rude and bombastic approach when confronted with their debt. They order and consume items during their conference and then refuse to pay. I would warn everybody not to do any business with an entity like this company as they are dishonest and cannot be trusted to honour their commitments.
