No assistance, no respect, no etiquette!!

I visited RF Technologies on 2015/07/21 to pay my DSTV account. After standing in line waiting and listening to the two ladies (Charnell and Desire) over whom has to assist me, I eventually ended with Charnell who gave me such a bad attitude and was very unfriendly and even back chatted me at a stage. There was a notice that said that I cannot pay with cash (which I wanted to do), I then took out my card and intend to pay with it as it was my only option given.
