Complaint

I employed Tshilade Environmental Consultancy CC and paid them a deposit amount for making environmental impact assessment on my site they then handed my project toR&F Consultants whom I also paid them. They then discontinued with my project and the did not give back my money but theirs was to abandon the project. I tried to communicate with them but nothing happened up to now. The prolem started when I discovered that they are not following proper registration procedures. So they never make any refund
